MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Connective tissue is the fundamental form that surrounds, encases and support ALL the soft-tissue within the body.
Myofascial releasing done with the principles presented in Fascial Therapy are non-invasive, non-invasive yet deep and penetrating. This effective treatment allows for powerful change to occur from a global system perspective, yet addressing very specific focused presentations.

SOMATIC-EMOTIONAL APPROACH

Somatics is a field within bodywork and movement studies which emphasises internal physical perception and experience. The term is used in movement therapy to signify approaches based on the soma, or "the body as perceived from within.

LIGHTER TOUCH MECHANISMS

With Fascial Therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in somato-emotional-energetics techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how in just a few treatments the change in their body state can make an enormous difference to their health and function.

I provide education and healthcare in a different way. Call me today to find out about the Fascial Therapy approach
